Bakery products from the best selected, organic grains have been produced with love
for three generations.
Since 1936 our baked goods continue to delight our dear Parisians,
and their unsurpassed taste and wonderful aroma have long been known
outside the capital.
Since the creation of a family business, we have remained true to our traditions, carefully preserving the old recipes that we pass on to each new generation, and with them our love and passion for simple, unleavened bread.
But we also do not forget to develop and always strive to replenish the assortment of our bakery with new unique recipes.
Modern technologies help to preserve the maximum amount of vitamins and microelements contained in grains and seeds,the main ingredients from which bread and fragrant pastries are made.
